Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio apartment throughout their stay. ⚠️ Any excessive noise, parties, unauthorised guests, anti-social behaviour, smoking inside the property, or attempts to tamper with the noise monitoring devices **will result in your booking being terminated immediately without a refund.**
